When a skier asks AI about your resort, be the answer.

Travelers increasingly plan trips by asking ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot instead of searching. When they ask about your snow, forecasts, or lifts, the assistant answers from whatever it can find — usually a stale scrape, often wrong. SnowData makes sure the answer is your verified report instead.

Get my resort discovered

The easy way — free, done for you

Nothing technical to build.

Most resorts and snow brands have no developers — and don't need any. You submit your report; SnowData handles the catalog, the cryptographic verification, and the registry listing on your behalf.

1
Submit your report

Send your daily snow report the way you already do — email, text, voicemail, or a photo of the snow stake. No new tool, no workflow change.

2
We publish & sign it

We generate, cryptographically sign, and host the discovery catalog AI assistants look for. Nothing for your team to build or maintain.

3
We list you

We add you to the SnowData registry — the directory assistants search for ski & snow questions. Verified sources get surfaced first.

The technical way — open standard

Have a dev team? Self-publish.

The standard is open and permissionless. Publish a catalog yourself and submit your domain to the registry. Two conformance levels:

Listed
Minimum to be found
  • A static ai-catalog.json at /.well-known/ over HTTPS
  • Served as application/json with open CORS
  • Each entry: identifier, type, url, description, 2–5 example questions
Verified
Recommended — ranks first
  • A did:web identity resolvable at /.well-known/did.json
  • Ed25519-signed entries (entry-bound detached JWS)
  • This is what lets assistants prove the data is really yours

Full open standard, spec, and reference registry at opensourcesnow.com. Submit your domain to partners@snowdata.ai and we'll crawl, verify, and federate it.

Free for resorts. Forever.

Discovery is included in the base tier. You keep control of what publishes, your stack doesn't change, and you can correct the record any time — downstream consumers get the update automatically.
